Bezenet, Inc. (OTC:BEZT) Bezenet Inc. announces a joint venture project with ADC Telecomunicazioni for the construction of a new DIGITAL AREA CENTER in Terni, Italy. The Digital Area Center is a new service business in the multimedia market for audio-video pre-production, production and post-production, which includes Digital Effect, Visual Effect and 3-D Animation.

The project will cost approximately $60,000,000 and based upon estimates, this amount will be recouped over a five year period.

This investment reflects the Company's shift in focus to the European Market, in order to create alternative markets outside the United States, to counter any domestic economic recession.
